Rautner Rechtsanwälte recently advised Windkraft Simonsfeld AG on the financing of 13 new wind power plants by the European Investment Bank (EIB) and Erste Group Bank AG, permitting a total investment of € 65 million in new energy infrastructure. The 13 new wind power plants will be built in Kreuzstetten, Dürnkrut and Hipples. With the € 65 million investment, Windkraft Simonsfeld AG becomes one of the largest investors in the Weinviertel region of Austria in 2018 and connects 1/5 of all new wind power plants in Austria to the power grid this year.
