Rautner Rechtsanwälte advised WP Scharndorf West GmbH and Erste Bank on the expansion of the Scharndorf West wind farm. The operator has expanded the existing wind farm with an additional Vestas V126 turbine. Due to the lack of economies of scale, efficient and cost-optimized preparation of the contract documentation and handling of the financing was particularly important.
